Known for an uncanny ability to be “real” in his facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication style, Jamal leverages his personal background, professional experiences, and academic credentials as a resource for emerging leaders, professionals of color, and nonprofit organizations in strategic planning, program development, and philanthropy.
As a mission-driven fund development and communications executive, Endia DeCordova has raised millions of dollars to support institutions in building sustainable cultures of philanthropy. Widely recognized for her innovative community engagement and outreach initiatives, she has designed and executed a wide array of successful fundraising, public relations and marketing-communications programs in the higher education and non-profit arenas.
Veronica T. Delandro is as an independent consultant with Thought Partners Consulting where she
provides leadership coaching, organizational development, team development, and training to nonprofit
organizations and boards. An active community volunteer and leader, Veronica is a founding member of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving’s Black Giving Circle, and member of the NAACP New Britain Branch.
Roosevelt Smith is a seasoned consultant, facilitator and administrator with proven success in supporting start-up, transition, and capacity building phases for nonprofit organizations. He has twenty-four years of rich and extensive experience leading organizations and providing consulting services and training to nonprofits in the areas of strategic planning, organizational assessment/development, board governance, retreat facilitation, executive transitions and leadership development. Roosevelt’s work has included large, small and volunteer-run nonprofit organizations in a wide array of mission areas such as youth development, housing, human services, human rights/social justice, environmental justice, food justice and arts.
