Our RE.I.D.S.™ (Race-Equity, Inclusion, Diversity in Systems) Consulting model is designed to examine internal systems, develop a systemic racial equity lens, and weave race-equity strategies into key organizational areas. Our team of consultants assists the board of directors by providing transformational support with RE.I.D.S.™ organizational assessments, capacity building, board development, community outreach & engagement, program development, and human resources strategies with a focus on challenging racism and building equitable organizations.
